Resolution:
rowse to https://portal.contoso.com/Style Library/Forms/AllItems.aspx -> Go to Library Settings of the Library on the ribbon -> Choose Advanced Settings to check if the items in the library are allowed to appear in search results. If not, check Yes and choose to Reindex Document Library and run full crawl.
